Mupple Pup Terms of Service 2026

By accepting and paying for a commission/refurb or any premade product from me, you are agreeing to all of the following terms shown. 

 

Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in my terms that you would like to discuss, please do not be afraid to let me know immediately. It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read my TOS in COMPLETE detail before commissioning.

 

Contact 

- I do all my communications mainly through Instagram. You can contact me via email if you need to but I'll respond the fastest through insta direct message.

 

Quotes 

-An approved quote can be given through my quote form. My quotes are subject to change and might not be valid after a period of time. I choose all of my commissions myself, a quote does not guarantee you a spot in my next batch. Announcements will be made regarding the status of my commissions. 

 

Payment plan

- All payments will only be sent through Paypal as of now. I will need 30% of the total upfront as a non-refundable down payment. This 30% payment will be used to help purchase all needed materials for the commission. The following payments after that can be sent at any time. I do not set dates but in order for me to ship the suit it needs to be fully paid off. 

 

- Shipping price is not included in the commissions total price. The shipping cost needs to be paid before the commission can be shipped out. The shipping cost will only be exactly calculated once the suit is fully packed up.

 

- Before payment has started I will need the customer's information to include in the invoice. This includes a legal full name, complete mailing address, and a valid email.

 

Suit progress

- Before beginning on the commission, the customer will be required to fill out a measurement sheet based off of the commission type. This form must be completed and sent back to me before any progression can be made. The form includes a detailed diagram on where exactly to measure, this will require you to use a fabric tape measure to insure it is accurate. The suit will be based off of these measurements, so sizing will rely on the customers accurate measurements.

 

- Also before beginning the suit all fabrics and furs will be chosen before ordering. This process is fully done in communication with the customer. We will begin a diagram that has all possible fur colors compared to their corresponding colors on the provided reference sheet. This process allows the customer to fully choose what colors they want. All photos of furs will be pulled directly from the manufacturer website, this means I might not know what the real color might appear like to the human eye, although unlikely, some furs might appear shades different. If this is a large concern, I am able to order swatches of the furs if I don't already own them. Mostly all furs I purchase are from Big Z Fabrics and Howl Fabrics, if you have a fabric or fur in mind I might be willing to order from a different site if it seems to be a very specific color. Please keep in mind I might not be willing to order a fabric or fur from a site I don't approve with or trust. I will accept fur that is provided from a customer, the amount and quality of the fur might change my approval.

 

- Progress pictures of the commission will be sent to the customer as progress is made. All photos of the different stages of the suit must be approved by the customer. I will be able to change elements of a suit that the customer wants but only at certain stages, if the suit is already mostly complete some adjustments might be very difficult or impossible to change without further deconstruction. Because of this, please be mindful and communicate fully when the issue arrives.

 

- I do my commissions in batches. So when you send your first payment, I'll add you to a commissioner group chat on insta with other people in the same batch. (only head+ commissions, no premade buyers) Once I finish everyone’s suit,  I'll move on to making another chat. The group can contain around 3-6 people at a time. This is where I'll send everyone's progress pictures, ask questions, and have a friendly chat. You are welcome to save or share any photos that I provide in the chat, please do not save any photos provided or shared by other chat members without their consent.

 

In the group You are NOT allowed to-

• Show anything NSFW,

• Have rude/immature behavior towards me or anyone else in the chat

• Gossip or talk about drama/unrelated topics

• Homophobic, racist, ect. comments

• Ask for progress pics "too" often (everyday).

• Send spam or too many unnecessary messages

 

- Once joining the chat, please consider being welcoming and introduce yourself. Please also note if you wish to not be included in the chat or to not have your progress pictures be shared, please let me know.

 

Shipping

- If the suit is 100% completed and 100% paid off I'll ship it out after I take pictures. You can choose what shipping method you want if you request it, but I will recommend priority shipping to try to guarantee a short time spent shipping. I only ship through USPS and will calculate the exact shipping cost for you beforehand. I am NOT responsible for any missing or damaged packages. I will provide pictures of the box and its contents if requested to assure that your item is properly packaged. I ship internationally and can do a con pick up if I am attending it.

 

- If the customer sends me the wrong mailing info the fault is not on me. I require ALL of my customers to provide a first & last name, street address, city, state and zip code for USA homes. If the address is international I require first & last name and instructions on exactly how to write your information. I match international addresses exactly how it is given. 

 

Refunds

- Refunds are ok, but if a customer requests a refund they will need to directly state their reasoning with me beforehand. I will always try to solve any issues before resulting in a refund but if I deem the reasoning valid I will work with it. If the suit is100% done and completely paid for I will NOT do a refund. I can refund everything BUT the 30% down payment if the suit has not been started. If the suit has been started we can negotiate a way for me to change the suit enough to your liking for me to finish it and sell it. Refunds very much depend on the situation. Please remember to always communicate your concerns so issues can be resolved. With that being said, in any instance I no longer can work with a commissioner, I have the right to refund any commission or purchase I accept.

 

Additional info

• I own 4 cats so there could be pet hair in case you are allergic, all my work is done in a separate room where they are not allowed in but I can extra vacuum out if requested and brush the suits before packing them up.

• I don't necessarily do deadlines but I can try my best to get them done at a set time if it's reasonable. I will tell you if a deadline is achievable or not and try to finish in time. It is not a guarantee with any commission that it will be rushed before a deadline. I believe that good suits take time to guarantee a fully complete product.

• You must be 16 years or older to commission me and if you're under 18 I will need a parents confirmation in an email from them.

• If it comes to my attention that you have given me a character to create in a commission that doesn’t belong to you, the commission will be terminated. The only exception is if you’re getting a present/surprise for a friend, but that must be clarified with me beforehand. It’s extremely disrespectful to steal a character and lie that it is yours. The following actions will result in a full stop on the commission and only a partial refund if deemed by me.

• Please be aware that suits can take up to months from start to finish.
